Motion on “Supplementary Appropriation (2013-2014) Bill” (2014.07.10)

MR CHAN KIN-POR (in Cantonese): Deputy President, I did not intend to speak, but I do have something to say from my heart. If I was not infuriated by “Long Hair”, I would not have spoken.

I do not understand most of the verses and poems cited by “Long Hair” as I am not up to his level. However, “Long Hair”, if you are so eager to solve Hong Kong’s problems and you are so noble, you should first surrender your public housing unit to help relieve the problem of queuing for public housing units. He often chided public officers and other Members in this Chamber, but when he was chided by old ladies, he beat them up. How can he depict himself as such a noble man? I really despise him. Thank you, Deputy President.
